Echinodorus magdalenensis is a rosette-like plant with leaves that grow to approximately 15-20 cm in height. The leaves are about 5-22 cm long and 1-3 cm wide and are elongated and light green in color.
It is a particularly light-sensitive recommended plant, which does need some nutrients (plant food). They often need some iron supplementation. In a good growing climate, the production of shoots is so intense that a dense mat is formed within a few weeks.
