Springtails (Folsomia candida) Culture culture in box. Springtails are excellent food for all small amphibians and reptiles that cannot eat microcrickets or fruit flies. Springtails are also extremely useful for any wet terrarium as they eat up organic debris and mold like a biological cleanup crew! For example in rainforest terrariums or tarantula containers! Storage temperature 18-22 °C.
Feed your terrarium animals in a varied way and alternate with different types of food animals. Before feeding, we recommend dusting the food animals with nutritional supplements such as calcium and/or vitamin & mineral supplements.
