The Bacopa crenata or Bacopa monnieri is a stem plant with small oval leaves.
This plant adapts to many conditions in the aquarium.
The plant is found all over the world and because the plant is very adaptable, it occurs in many environments. from rivers, lakes, swamp areas to brackish water areas.
The plant can actually be placed anywhere in the aquarium. So with a lot of lighting it is also in the foreground because it then becomes a lot more compact. But the plant is best as a middle zone plant because it can then be placed in a place where it receives the most light.
The Becopa crenata is an easy plant and does not need much to survive. In low light the plant will grow very elongated, which is not nice. With a lot of light, the plant will become a lot more compact and the plant will be at its most beautiful under those light conditions.
