1) Close the speed control valve #3 first. (Important) 2) Add the powder from the ZCR-160 refill pack to the #2 powder tank. 3) Add about 200 ml of water to #2 powder tank and rinse the red rubber main seal at the same time. 4) Place the #1 Up Solution Tank on top of the #2 Down Powder Tank and close it. 5) Unscrew cap #4 and add the liquid from the ZCR-160 refill pack to the #1 Up Solution tank. (please make sure #3 speed control valve was closed before adding) 6) Close the #4 cap and install the diffuser ZD-200 in the aquarium. 7) Open Speed Control Valve #3 and adjust to allow solution to fall from No. 1 Up Tank through Drip Hole #5. (160 g kit: one drop every five to eight minutes) 8) Mark the position of the #3 speed control valve at the top with a marker. This makes it easy to set this up again on the next install. 9) Check again that the top solution is descending at the rate you set. * If the solution drops but the ZD-200 diffuser is not producing Co2, unscrew the #1 Up solution tank and wash the red main seal again with water as described in step 3 and reconnect. * If you submerge the entire ZC-II, you can easily check for leaks. |
